Bulk Trash Pick Up

Greetings homeowners:

 

Here is a notification regarding Bulk Trash pickup. The city has changed the way they do things in this regard. Any bulk trash now needs to be scheduled by each individual homeowner on a need basis.

 

 

We will be altering the bulk trash policy for our community to the following:

     – Each homeowner will be required to contact bulk trash first, schedule a pickup time,           then place the bulk trash at the appropriate time, after which notify the HOA that you
       have scheduled a time and the date at which the pickup is scheduled.
